It was 103 yesterday so my a/c went out. I called Cool Care. They set an appointment within a few hours. They called an hour and a half before the appointment to see if they could come on out. The technician was professional and quickly repaired the problem. Fortunately the unit they put in almost 5 years ago was still under warranty. Thankful to have cool air again 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive.
